The TITIN® Forceâ„¢ is the first weighted compression shirt system in the industry, using innovative, patented technology to test an athlete’s strength, endurance, and will. The complete TITIN® set includes a heavy-duty, 14-pocket interior shirt, 14 hydro-gel inserts, and an exterior compression shirt to keep the weights stabilized without limiting your range of motion. Fully loaded, the TITIN® shirt can add more than 8LB of evenly distributed weight, and because the gel packs can be heated or cooled, you can customize the system for cold therapy or heat therapy.*

TITIN® shirts are built to last, with double-reinforced polyester made from anti-microbial, moisture-wicking Sorbtek fibers. Before ordering your own, be sure to consult the chart below to determine which of the four size options is best for you.

*The hydro-gel inserts will not freeze into a solid, meaning they’ll remain flexible during cold therapy.
