Also, for those who like adding a challenge to dips, this machine gives you the opportunity to load up.  Typically, doing dips beyond your bodyweight requires wearing a vest or a loaded belt. However, Titan provides a seated solution in which you add plates to the loadable sleeves located behind the bench, allowing you to push down on as much weight as you want.

The machine itself is made from steel and has optional holes in the base so you can bolt it to the ground if you want added stability. Overall, the powder-coated paint provides a finished look and a little more durability.  The bench features a seat that is 17 inches off the ground with a 51-inch back height. Each sleeve is 10.75 inches in length, compatible with Olympic-sized plates.

There is a short one-year warranty on the machine, which is mostly usable for just one exercise: tricep presses. There is an accessory chain and handle that comes with the machine that makes bicep curls possible. Titan claims that the machine assembles in just minutes.
