AbMat Crash Cushions are shock-absorbing pads that have been designed to not only protect your floors and your plates, but to also reduce the overall noise that comes with dropping a loaded barbell. This makes it easier for people who are working out at home and might need to get their lifts in when children are sleeping, but it can also be nice in a gym setting where multiple classes are happening simultaneously.

These cushions are made to stand up to the pressure of a variety of styles of lifting, including Olympic and powerlifting. While some customers felt they weren’t super affordable, they are still cheaper than investing in noise-dampening pads depending on the amount of space you would need to cover. They are also easy to put away when you’re done with your workout with the seatbelt-webbing straps. These straps also make the cushions easy to take with you when you’re traveling or just want to move your workout space for the day.
